Welcome to BibleBridge. By downloading, accessing, or using the BibleBridge mobile application and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or using BibleBridge in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and we will notify you of material changes via the app or email.

2. Description of Service

BibleBridge is an AI powered Bible study application that provides users with:

• AI-powered answers to scripture questions
• Offline access to Bible translations and study materials
• Original language study tools (Hebrew, Greek)
• Group study features including shared reading plans and discussion questions
• Personal note-taking and study tracking

The AI is designed to supplement, not replace, personal study and guidance from spiritual leaders. It may present multiple theological perspectives on debated topics.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Billing

BibleBridge offers Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime subscription options. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. BibleBridge does not directly collect or store any payment information.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Monthly and Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.

3.3 Refunds

All refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies. Please contact the relevant app store for refund inquiries.

3.4 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your trial will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use BibleBridge in a manner consistent with its intended purpose as a Bible study tool
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Not attempt to circumvent any subscription restrictions or security features
• Not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without authorization
• Not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

5. Intellectual Property

BibleBridge, including its name, logo, design, code, and original content, is owned by BibleBridge and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Bible translations and referenced theological content remain the property of their respective copyright holders and are used in accordance with applicable licenses.

6. AI Usage and Limitations

BibleBridge uses artificial intelligence to generate responses to user questions. While we strive for accuracy and theological soundness:

• AI responses should be considered study aids, not authoritative theological pronouncements
• Users are encouraged to verify AI-generated content against trusted scripture and consult with their spiritual leaders
• The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information
• BibleBridge is not a substitute for formal theological education or pastoral counsel

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of BibleBridge is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Our on-device AI processing ensures your study data remains private whenever possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BibleBridge and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. BibleBridge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to subscription features will cease at the end of your current billing period. Your locally stored data will remain on your device unless you delete the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
